If possible, include the date of travel, departure and destination, the sailing time shown by this site, and what the official Navigazione Laghi information showed instead. That makes it much easier to investigate the difference.
Tickets and live service information
This site is an independent journey-planning tool and cannot answer questions about ticket purchases, refunds, cancellations, live operational changes or whether a particular boat is running. Those enquiries should be directed to the official operator.
